| Special Abilities | collects 'life-energy' from the light spectrum of almost every star through the photo-receptive pattern on her skin. This energy is used up by her own metabolism for normal life-sustaining needs and for special healing needs. Excess energy is stored inside her cells and can be discharged by her willingly or accidentally. A side-effect of her being an energy collector is that Pham can sense energy patterns in plants and minerals. This enables her to better select these for different healing purposes. Her training as a healer and her studies in biology and bio-medicine give her the scientific background to use what she knows intuitively in a way that others can understand and accept. With her companion K'lea she will add a Tok'ra perspective to the Lemuria mission. | |
| History Details | Her true origin is unknown.
Discovered by the Asgard, who are interested in her because of her special
abilities, she then spent most of her childhood in the care of a Tok'ra
agent on a forgotten 'gate planet, where she acquired the knowledge and
abilities of the local healers. After a Goa'uld attack she escaped after several detours to Earth and SG Command, where she was permitted to stay for a while and befriended members of the original SG-1 team. The Tok'ra picked up her track again and insisted on hiding her once again on a remote planet. She was placed under the care of K'lea-Dolmec, a female Tok'ra with symbiot, who furthered her social abilities and started her on a scientific education. When the Goa'uld threaten to invade the planet where Pham and K'lea are, the Tok'ra decide to send Pham along with the SG team to Lemuria, out of reach of the Goa'uld. K'lea is going to be the second half of the team representing the Tok'ra on the Lemuria mission, which somewhat brightens up Pham's mood over being exile again. Accompanied by Jacob/Selmac and K'lea/Dolmec, Pham arrives on Earth in time for the final preparations of the Lemuria mission. Here, she meets her former friends from SG-1 and the other members of the Lemuria team. |
